The Ultimate Golden Latte Recipe

  • 1 cup of milk (dairy or almond/oat milk)
  • 1/2 tsp of premium organic turmeric powder (high curcumin content)
  • 1/4 tsp of freshly ground black pepper (crucial to absorb curcumin!)
  • 1/4 tsp of ground green cardamom or cinnamon
  • 1 tsp of honey or maple syrup to taste
